Looking younger and feel stronger in young age and in old age is one of the greatest dreams of man which he wants to be fulfilled at its best. Whenever we see a man who has six packs and his age in 40 and he is stronger than the other we feel and wish to have those qualities in us. It’s a dream! And very few of the people have these dreams come true. And fulfilling such dreams is not an easy thing as it seems. For good physic and healthy body type you should have the stamina of working out hard and avoid drugs, junk food, alcohol and such other things that affect your body, strength and looks that make you look younger when you reach 50.
Teenage is considered the age of strength. Because it’s the age when a person is young and he has the ability to do each and every thing. He is wild, young, and has the capacity, capability to do the hard work but one should be caution. In now a day’s its unknown that why teenagers have started smoking and drinking? May be they want to show their elders that they are now big enough to handle themselves. It should be not like that. Smoking doesn’t affects much it only decrease your 5min from your life but drinking in excess on a regular basis, it’s not good not good at all. Because alcohol not only decreases your life line it destroys you from inside. Suppose a young person who is 19 or 21 and he drinks regularly will not have the strength and ability like the one who doesn’t drinks. You won’t believe that these are things that are experienced by our elders and they conveyed to us to tell the young ones to avoid such bad things.
Drinking too much is really a bad habit for those who are addicts and for those to who are thinking to start drinking. For the better only it is said that you should not drink too much unless you have break up.
